• Hook:G-6 / 4 mm
• Yarn Needle, Scissors, Measuring Tape

Sizes

• One size – measure depends on the jar of your choice  This sample is  12” circumference X 4” height 

Stitch Key

• Ch = Chain
•  Sc = Single Crochet
• Dc = Double Crochet
•  Sl St = Slip Stitch

Notes

• This pattern is worked in rounds.
• Ch1 does not count as 1st st
• But the Ch3 at the beginning of the round does count as a stitch
