How to Care for Your Crochet Coasters:
Your crochet coasters deserve a touch of tender loving care to keep them beautiful and functional through countless cups of coffee and tea! These handmade treasures add such warmth to any table setting, and with just a few mindful habits, they’ll stay looking gorgeous season after season.
Here’s the gentle care routine that works wonders for maintaining their charm and durability:
Keep them stored flat in a moisture-free spot to prevent unwanted folds or bends from forming.
Wash by hand in cool to lukewarm water using a gentle detergent—skip the harsh chemicals that can dull colors and weaken those lovely stitches.
Carefully squeeze out water without wringing or pulling to preserve their shape and prevent any unwanted stretching.
Air dry flat on a fresh towel, gently coaxing them back into their original shape while they’re still damp.
When they need a little refresh, use your iron’s steam setting with a protective cloth barrier to smooth away any wrinkles.
Tackle spills right away with gentle soap and cool water—quick action prevents stubborn stains from settling in.
