Who is Heather from Keep Calm and Crochet in the UK?
Heather, in her own words
Heather C Gibbs is a crochet-loving designer and blogger behind Keep Calm and Crochet On U.K.
With over 500 patterns published in UK and US crochet and craft
magazines, she’s a true crochet-jack-of-all-trades, making everything from amigurumi and shawls to baskets and blankets.
Inspired by nature and her two young daughters, Heather loves creating playful, practical, and eye-catching designs.
She’s all about experimenting with yarn, proving that crochet can be as simple or adventurous as you want it to be.
Heather is also the founder of two online stores: Dear Ewe, offering curated crochet products, kits, and home décor, and Yarnybobs, specializing in beginner and children craft kits, tools, and kits to inspire makers of all levels.
Through both, she supports the worldwide maker community, helping people turn yarn into creativity.
Whether through her patterns, blog, or stores, Heather C Gibbs shows that with a hook, a little imagination, and a love for yarn, the possibilities are endless.
